| Orders for local delivery placed online before 12 noon will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered before end-of-day Tuesday, unless otherwise instructed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed confirming scheduled delivery date. |

| Outside our free delivery range, Bottlerocket uses a messenger service for Manhattan deliveries (below 125th Street). For deliveries to the rest of New York City, including northern Manhattan, Brooklyn, etc., we use UPS ground. We've found this to be the most reliable, affordable and efficient means of delivery.
